Details

Holographic Diffraction Gratings are commonly used in applications that are sensitive to stray light. The substrate is coated with photosensitive material, and the substrate coated with photosensitive material is placed between the intersecting beams of monochromatic light and coherent light generated by a laser, making the photosensitive material photosensitive. Intersecting laser beams generate a series of parallel and equidistant interference fringes, with the intensity of the fringes varying in a sinusoidal shape. Due to the solubility of photosensitive materials being determined by the intensity of light irradiated on them, interference fringes display different light intensities on the surface of photosensitive materials. The substrate can be coated with a reflective film, and then the same process as replicating the original grating can be used to replicate the grating. Due to the identical shape and spacing of the holographic grating lines, there is no periodic or random interval error, which means there are no ghost lines or stray light engraved on the grating. As a result, the stray light generated by holographic gratings is much less than that of engraved gratings. Our reflective holographic diffraction grating presents a sinusoidal profile.
