Details

The UV Wedge Plate Beamsplitter is coated with a spectral film on one side and an anti reflective film on the other side, which can separate incident light into two parts: reflected light and transmitted light.
Spectral flat sheets are lightweight, reasonably priced, and relatively easy to produce. UV fused silica glass has a wider spectral range (185nm-2.1 μ m) than K9 optical glass, and has excellent transmittance in the UV band. It has lower refractive index, better uniformity, smaller thermal expansion coefficient, and higher chemical resistance and low fluorescence. It can be used to make various optical elements. According to different wavelengths and polarization directions, light can be split according to different light intensity ratios, and applied in optoelectronic sensing devices such as optical instruments, biochemical and medical instruments.

The wedge angle of the wedge-shaped splitter and the anti reflection film on the back can reduce the interference of ghost images reflected on the back surface. Note: This series is only applicable to non polarized light splitting. Beams with certain polarization states (partially polarized light, linearly polarized light, circularly polarized light, elliptically polarized light) will affect the splitting ratio.
